Performance Data monitors the performance and availability of IP-enabled devices including desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, printers, copiers and routers. We use deployed software agents with a self-discovery protocol to gather data and build an inventory of devices on the monitored network. We scale our monitoring services with one thing in mind - to detect IT problems before they lead to costly downtime.
